I ended up with: nothing provides texlive-biblatex >= 7:2017 needed by biber-2.7-1.fc28.noarch However, the same problem I get in rawhide with original Fedora's texlive and your build: $ mock -r fedora-rawhide-x86_64 --init ... $ mock -r fedora-rawhide-x86_64 --install ./biber-2.7-1.fc29.noarch.rpm ...
