I actually need this in F27 (and technically in F26) in order to update the
cyrus-imapd test suite.  I could just disable the test suite, or continue to
run an older version, on those releases, but I'd prefer not to do so if
possible.

Would anyone object if pulled the 0.10 update back to F27 and F26?  I believe
that cyrus-imapd is the only user in Fedora, and then only at build time so the
potential impact should be quite low.
