I believe this should be fixed by the laconically named
commit "Provide hidden modules" which adds:

+Provides:       perl(LWP::Debug::TraceHTTP::Socket) = %{version}
+Provides:       perl(LWP::Protocol::http::Socket) = %{version}
+Provides:       perl(LWP::Protocol::http::SocketMethods) = %{version}

However for some reason that's not built in Rawhide, only in
F27 updates-testing.

I'm therefore going to build it in Rawhide.
