Proposed fix

perl-prefork-1.04-21.fc27 fails to build with Perl 5.26.0 that removed "." from
@INC:

Executing(%build): /bin/sh -e /var/tmp/rpm-tmp.2DcxkQ
+ umask 022
+ cd /home/test/fedora/perl-prefork
+ cd prefork-1.04
+ /usr/bin/perl Makefile.PL INSTALLDIRS=vendor NO_PACKLIST=1
Can't locate inc/Module/Install/DSL.pm in @INC (you may need to install the
inc::Module::Install::DSL module) (@INC contains: /usr/local/lib64/perl5
/usr/local/share/perl5 /usr/lib64/perl5/vendor_perl
/usr/share/perl5/vendor_perl /usr/lib64/perl5 /usr/share/perl5) at Makefile.PL
line 1.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at Makefile.PL line 1.

This can be fixed by patching Makefile.PL or unbunding ./inc modules.
