            Bug ID: 1378192
Summary: Upstream bug causes attachments to fail with "Invalid
                    Encoding" error.
           Product: Fedora EPEL
           Version: epel7
         Component: perl-Mail-Sender
          Severity: high
          Assignee: tcallawa@xxxxxxxxxx
          Reporter: chris@xxxxxxxxxxx
        QA Contact: extras-qa@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
                CC: perl-devel@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx,
                    tcallawa@xxxxxxxxxx
   External Bug ID: CPAN 78094

Description of problem:

There is a bug in the upstream package that was fixed in June 2012. Somehow
this fix hasn't made it to the package distributed.

https://rt.cpan.org/Public/Bug/Display.html?id=78094

File attachments fail with an "Invalid encoding" error.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

perl-Mail-Sender-0.8.21-2.el7.

This package appears to have been last built in 2014, perhaps the patch is in a
newer release ?

How reproducible:

Evidently it requires a specific combination of file/text being sent as my app
fails, but I can not make a test case without production data. However the fix
in the above bug resolves the issue.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.
2.
3.

Actual results:
Unknown encoding 'WCORD' at /usr/share/perl5/vendor_perl/Mail/Sender.pm line
96.

Expected results:
Sending an email with an attachment
