I guess you mix XS modules compiled for old new new perl after upgrading your
Fedora. For example you installed Encode from CPAN and you try to load Encode
module compiled against perl 5.18 to with perl 5.20. Please note that perl
releases between major versions are not guaranteed to be ABI-compatible. Is
that your case?
