Difference between working and failing build root is:

        perl-Socket     2:2.017-1.fc23     >     2:2.018-1.fc23
    perl-Pod-Perldoc     3.24-4.fc22     >     3.25-1.fc23
    libgcc     5.0.0-0.11.fc22     >     5.0.0-0.12.fc23
    libstdc++     5.0.0-0.11.fc22     >     5.0.0-0.12.fc23
    tzdata     2014j-1.fc22     >     2015a-1.fc23
    libgomp     5.0.0-0.11.fc22     >     5.0.0-0.12.fc23
    kernel-headers     3.20.0-0.rc0.git3.1....     >
3.20.0-0.rc0.git5.1....
    gcc-gdb-plugin     5.0.0-0.11.fc22     >     5.0.0-0.12.fc23
    gcc     5.0.0-0.11.fc22     >     5.0.0-0.12.fc23
    cpp     5.0.0-0.11.fc22     >     5.0.0-0.12.fc23
    gcc-c++     5.0.0-0.11.fc22     >     5.0.0-0.12.fc23
    krb5-libs     1.13-8.fc22     >     1.13.1-1.fc23
    libstdc++-devel     5.0.0-0.11.fc22     >     5.0.0-0.12.fc23

This could be caused by C++ ABI change in one of the dependencies or the
compiler.
