That's correct. The properties of the specific bugs (particularly any groups the bug belongs to) will be important to figuring out what notifications should have been sent. The other thing that determines whether notifications are sent to you is your email preferences. You can verify your email preferences at https://bugzilla.redhat.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email.
