That's correct.  The properties of the specific bugs (particularly any groups
the bug belongs to) will be important to figuring out what notifications should
have been sent.

The other thing that determines whether notifications are sent to you is your
email preferences.  You can verify your email preferences at
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email.

Finally, you also should check whether your email clinet has any filters that
would match any notifications from Bugzilla.

That's also correct.  If you are already related to the bug by being the
Reporter, Assignee, QA contact or Docs contact, you don't need to be on the
CC-list to receive notifications.
