The reason why vim-enhanced pulls in other Perl packages besides perl-libs is
that perl-libs requires perl(:MODULE_COMPAT_*) which is provided by `perl'
package.

Correct fix is to move the perl(:MODULE_COMPAT_*) RPM symbol from perl to
perl-libs package as the perl-libs defines the perl ABI.

However I'm not keen to do it in stable Fedora release because could break some
incorrectly packaged Perl code. (Remember there about 2600 Perl packages.)
