            Bug ID: 1169791
           Summary: perl-XML-Atom-0.41-9.fc22 FTBFS: Can't locate
                    encoding.pm
           Product: Fedora
           Version: rawhide
         Component: perl-XML-Atom
          Assignee: emmanuel@xxxxxxxxx
          Reporter: ppisar@xxxxxxxxxx
        QA Contact: extras-qa@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
                CC: emmanuel@xxxxxxxxx, iarnell@xxxxxxxxx,
                    perl-devel@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

perl-XML-Atom-0.41-9.fc22 fails to build in F22 because a test fails:

Can't locate encoding.pm in @INC (you may need to install the encoding module)
(@INC contains: /builddir/build/BUILD/XML-Atom-0.41/inc
/builddir/build/BUILD/XML-Atom-0.41/blib/lib
/builddir/build/BUILD/XML-Atom-0.41/blib/arch /usr/local/lib64/perl5
/usr/local/share/perl5 /usr/lib64/perl5/vendor_perl
/usr/share/perl5/vendor_perl /usr/lib64/perl5 /usr/share/perl5 .) at
t/18-unicode.t line 4.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at t/18-unicode.t line 4.
t/18-unicode.t ...................
Dubious, test returned 2 (wstat 512, 0x200)
No subtests run

This is caused by missing declaration of build-time dependency on
`perl(encoding)'.
