I was just following the instructions on
http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/PackageMaintainers/Join - maybe section 1.1.9.4
should be moved to section 1.1.11?

1.1.7 Create Your Review Request
1.1.8 Watch for Feedback
1.1.9 Get a Fedora Account
 ... 
1.1.9.4.1 In the table, look for the packager group, and click Apply under
Status. 
1.1.10 Install the Client Tools (Koji)
1.1.11 Get Sponsored

As for real name, it's definitely there in the account details.
