If it's /usr/local perl standart so let's use it.

-Dsitelib="%{_prefix}/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/%{perl_version}"
-Dsitearch="%{_prefix}/local/%{_lib}/perl5/site_perl/%{perl_version}/%{perl_archname}"
?
Or am I misinterpreting 142837?
