Yes.  :-)

Do "yum install yum-utils", then when you are looking for a module, just
do (for example) "repoquery --whatprovides 'perl(Apache2::Build)'".

For that matter, you can also just do "yum install
'perl(Apache2::Build)'".

Oh, and libapreq2 is already packaged.
