Ok, that seems to be the consensus.  We'll roll the split into F7, add
the needed packages to the buildroots, and get the perl-* spec files
fixed for F8.  I'll get an email together to fedora devel list
explaining the changes and asking for feedback.  We should also update
the perl packaging guidelines wiki page(s).  Spot, I think you own those
- do you want to make the change (perl packages should now BR perl-devel
+ co), or shall I?
