I finally have parrot building on x86_64.  I had to fix a couple of
hard-coded "lib" references.  As soon as I verify that this builds in
mock on x86_64 and i386 (with my luck I probably broke i386) and
actually works on x86_64 once it is installed, I'm going to submit it
for formal review...
