Why /usr/bin/sperl5.8.6 ?

[perl-suidperl] file /usr/bin/sperl5.8.6 is a setuid binary

Anyone have any idea why we ship this in perl-suidperl along with /usr/bin/suidperl? Without looking at the package, it seems odd to me why we ship that binary with a version-specific name.
