It seems resonable to report these bugs to upstream projects too. OpenJDK 9 is just too early in development to take it seriously from Fedora POV now. I don't mind having tracking bug @fedora but if it's not sent upstream it will stay that way at least until Fedora starts to ship OpenJDK 9 JVM.
