retire seam-solder

hi folks,
i would like to withdraw seam-solder.
Cause: "active development of solder has been halted ....
this project has been migrated over to apache deltaspike ."
the current release, also, don't support the actual jboss-logging-tools [1] package
and have some problems with java 8 [2].
