>From technical side that's easily doable. %add_maven_depmap macro has
already experimental support for creating Maven repository. For ant
build only a trivial change (%files -f mfiles...) would be needed.

Someone just needs to create a proposal and convince Java SIG people
(and optionally FPC) to approve it. I don't see much benefit from such
solution, so I won't be the one advertising it. But If someone wants
to introduce this, then you have by full support.
