How to run java WAR file project in command line

Hi all,
���� Using apache-ant i compiled a java project what i did is created it into war file and deployed on tomcat. what i need is how to deploy the same war file in command line.��

note :�

I don`t want to run it on localhost everything should be executed in command line.�
