Trying again.  Anyone know how to hook into a build that uses ivy to 
have it use local jars?  Looking at the spring framework and it seems to 
want to download ivy.xml files for the resources it needs, much like 
maven does with pom.xml.  Yeesh, this stuff really building a source 
based distribution like Fedora quite difficult.
