The parts that were under the SGI Free License B 1.0/1.1 (probably
derived from MESA) were "upgraded" to be fully free now under terms
identical to the terms of the X11 license.

If that was the only issue, then jogl could take advantage of this
license upgrade and be resumbitted for inclusion into Fedora.
