Sorry, Dan, but I don't use Eclipse Web Tools so I don't know the answer
to your question. If no one here can help, you'll probably get help on
the WTP newsgroup but you _may_ have to verify with an upstream
download.

I guess, I had to remove and reinstall Tomcat6 and then
move my index.jsp files up one level from WEB-INF
and then it worked. I was not able to see very well
exactly where my index file was placed, sigh.
It all works now.
