Hmm, http://www.jpackage.org/jpackage_fedora-5.txt
doesn't exist. And from looking at a mirror, neither does the fedora-5
directory. The vast majority is in "generic" so maybe you're OK. But I
thought Red Hat people were working on JPackage and would have
done the infrastructure.

Unfortunately, I believe this is a non-free package (like the JVM itself):
