[fedora-java] photran fortran dev module for eclipse

Has anyone considered building a rpm for photran: 
http://www.photran.org/ ?  Are there other fortran modules for eclipse 
under development that are "better"?  I was going to start trying to 
package it for Extras, but wanted to check with others first.
