I think what I was going for is: if new community members are proposing that we add some new thing that we haven't supported yet, then we would need to make sure things get done in a timely manner for our release cycles. One example would be that if we want to support 'atomic on rasberry pi', then we need to make sure we make progress on the work and don't let it stagnate. I guess this point is kind of ambiguous.
