imagefactory and oz specialists needed

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

Hi All,

We use Oz[1] and Imagefactory[2] to make the various cloud images
today. In Fedora particularly in Release Engineering we have little to
no expertise in the tooling. It is often difficult to debug as the
logging is suboptimal. It would greatly help the Cloud WG to ensure
that one or two people become versed in and help develop new features
as well as providing support.

We have always recomended that people use Oz and Imagefactory to build
test images locally, however that is not always so simple, so an
additional goal would be to improve documentation and usability for
people to use the tools at home.

Regards

Dennis
