 One thing I notice is that the images live in the testing directory, as
 well, and this appears to get mirrored:

 https://download.fedoraproject.org/pub/alt/atomic/testing/20160712.0/CloudImages/x86_64/images
 /Fedora-Atomic-Vagrant-24-20160712.0.x86_64.vagrant-libvirt.box

 is the same as

 https://download.fedoraproject.org/pub/alt/atomic/stable/CloudImages/x86_64/images
 /Fedora-Atomic-Vagrant-24-20160712.0.x86_64.vagrant-libvirt.box

 For Dusty's issue w/ vagrant atlas, maybe he could link instead to the
 testing location?
