Comment (by kushal):

 1. Atomic scan for every image.
 2. Verifying the content of every image (right now everything should come
 from our RPMS).
 3. Scanning for executable(s) in image (should not be any random binary).
 4. OpenScap based checks (may be atomic scan can take care of that).

 These are the few things I have in my mind. The list of functionality
 mentioned by tflink in the above comment also sounds good to me.
