When I click that link, I'm taken to a different mirror each time. It still is failing. Just clicked it now and I'm redirected to: http://mirrors.kernel.org/fedora-alt/atomic/stable/Cloud_Atomic/x86_64/iso/Fedora-Cloud_Atomic-x86_64-23-20160127.iso And it says my kernels can't be found (giggle).
