Still in progress - deadline was moved to 26 January for system-wide
changes.

We'd identified several changes, some are written up and some still
require a write-up:
* OpenShift Origin in Fedora 24 (written up by maxamillion)
* Cloud MOTD Change (written up by rtnpro)
* Layered Docker Image Build Service (written up by Tim Waugh - not
*exactly* a cloud wg change, but it does fit in with our marketing/talking
points.)
* Systemd package split - not cloud specific, but it does include
splitting out systemd-container which might be worth having good talking
points for.
* sen: terminal user interface for docker engine -- written up by Tomas
Tomecek
* Atomic dev mode (not written up yet, I don't think)
* Atomic Storage Clients (written up by nzwulflin, not yet accepted:
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Changes/AtomicStorageClients)
(Note, even if the change is not *technically* required this helps us
stick to the overall schedule to make sure it's delivered and it also
helps marketing track features so they can write about and promote
changes.)
