 If these are the only options then I'd vote 2,4.

 As for choosing between 1,2, could somewhere in the middle be an option?
 How about:

 Option 1.5 => Final AMIs will be kept for releases > EOL-N, where we
 decide the number for N. If we choose N=1 then currently we would have
 F19, F20, F21, F22. We could play with the number as well to say EOL-2 or
 so on.
