In order for it to Really Work, you'll need to use it with the
kickstart file from
https://git.fedorahosted.org/cgit/spin-kickstarts.git/tree/fedora-cloud-base.ks

Configuring the edition-specific Anaconda to include most of that
configuration is a future work item (that I don't think anyone is
working on actively)....
