yes you do. otherwise no softwware is selectable in the cloud images,
some people will use manual installs to get things how they want the
reuse the kickstarts in deployment. There is many valid use cases for
having it. vfs5011.patcht will only show up on installs from the cloud
tree and if people enable the Everything repo, if you name it clearly
as cloud product environment or something it should be okay, they will
not be able to select it and say gnome  so its going to take very
particukar actions on a users behalf to install it.
