There is many valid use cases for having it. vfs5011.patcht will only show up on installs from the cloud tree and if people enable the Everything repo, if you name it clearly as cloud product environment or something it should be okay, they will not be able to select it and say gnome so its going to take very particukar actions on a users behalf to install it.
