 Yep, we will get there -- one step at a time. Right now, since cloud-init
 pulls in rsyslog, everything else is academic. If we get that resolved,
 rsyslog won't be pulled into the base image (it's the only thing doing so
 right now), and then we can tackle individual components from there.

 I'm not sure what the best solution for memory/storage parameters; that
 needs some research.

 And, Jóhann's suggestion of Storage=none and _keeping_ rsyslog is still an
 option if that fits our use case better. In the current default config (in
 memory storage) on a doing-nothing system, pmap attributes about 55mb to
 journald (and, correspondingly, about 350mb to rsyslogd).
