That is the intent of the new 

    http://cloud.fedoraproject.org/fedora-19.x86_64.qcow2
    http://cloud.fedoraproject.org/fedora-19.i386.qcow2
    http://cloud.fedoraproject.org/fedora-latest.i386.qcow2
    http://cloud.fedoraproject.org/fedora-latest.x86_64.qcow2

redirects. The "19" links should work until Fedora 19 is moved off of the
mirrors (usually several releases after it is EoL), and we'll update the
"latest" links so they always work.

Yeah, the somerandomperson.fedorapeople.org hostname is a clue that this is
fragile. I'm not sure why it would have stopped working, though. (I did add
a new index.html to that directory pointing to the new cloud download page,
but that shouldn't affect getting the images directly.)
