I think we should go with "fedora". I hear the "root" argument and don't
discount it, but I think there's enough of a reasonable case for making a
default user -- something Fedora _does_ encourage in interactive Anaconda
installs.

We also should strongly document (release notes and on get fedora page) that
userdata can be used to change the default, and I've long had a
commented-out block in the official kickstart which suppresses user
creation, so it's easy to fork that if people want to spin their own images.
