Yep, the plugin requires openvswitch, this is "new", I remember this
wasn't the case a month or two ago; you guys are probably getting ready
for EL 6.4; but anyway, quantum-server-setup should not require it, what
if people want a controller node only?
I'll just continue with the instructions in the quantum-server-setup,
skipping the vswitch part for now.
