I recommend you virt-manager using kvm..

I'm NOT running NFS nor Posix here. If oVirt needs bare metal to run I'll find a Hard drive installing NFS/Posix and testing it. If oVirt works on Virtual Machine then I'll install NFS/Posix on VM of VirtualBox. I have a PC running VirtualBox here, host Ubuntu 12.04 64bit
