Not yet.
They'll be in fedora git soon,
and cloud-init upstream have expressed an interest in incorporating them,
so I'll send them there when they stabilize.

I've incorporated the above fix here:
http://pbrady.fedorapeople.org/cloud-init-el6/

I'll merge in any new srpms you have,
and will update the above as I test over the next while.
