Well the only difference really between the above and what's in EPEL now, is to use the parallel versions of python-paste-deploy1.5 and python-routes.1.12, in all packages. I.E. code is just moved around. The trace back is consistent with None being returned when rpc calling get_floating_ip on the nova network service. Perhaps there is a timing issue introduced?
