This will change in Fedora 17 because it will be possible to use
OpenStack using Qpid instead of RabbitMQ. See:

Russell and Pádraig are in the process of updating the Fedora 17
packages to the version of Essex which supports Qpid, so perhaps you
might be able to try out those packages?

Thank you for this information, i would be glad to test those packages because it seems both Aeolus and OpenStack would benefit from an integration together and so should avoid conflicts.
Do you plan a Fedora 17 Test Day for OpenStack Essex ?
