I worked on this a bit more this afternoon and added content to some 
more test cases as I went through the tests myself.

One interesting note is that I've done all of my testing in a virtual 
machine so far, thanks to a tip from pbrady.  You just have to add 
"--libvirt_type=qemu" to /etc/nova/nova.conf.  I also made sure to note 
this in the instructions for the first test case that will fail if you 
don't set this option (launching an instance).
