Given that it is using Eucalyptus and has an EC2 API, in theory it could work.
The problem right now is that there is no easy way in the cloud engine to
"point" to a different address than the main EC2 address.  Also I believe our
image building bits always point to the main S3 address.

It should be possible to make this work with a bit of code hacking, but out
of the box, it probably won't work.  Please feel free to file a bug at
http://bugzilla.redhat.com -> Cloud Engine, since this would be a good feature
to have.
