Proposal to retire Siril

Hello folks,
not so long ago I've adopted Siril and updated it to the latest version in Rawhide (f36). Now I'm wondering if it really worths spending packager time to maintain it: in Fedora we miss a lot of (nearly all) codecs which are really useful for Siril usage, such as ffmpeg and libhevc.

So I propose to retire Siril from Fedora repositories and we have two choices: move it under rpmfusion or just use the flatpak from Flathub. As Fedora installers have recently gained support for third party flatpak repositories in an easy way, I would say Flathub.

What do you think?
Mattia
