Let me know when you have kapteyn packaged.

I took a look at GILDAS and the problem is that it doesn't have a
clean open source license.  It can be put in a non-free section,
but I'd rather prioritize working on "clean" open source packages
first.

I'll send out an e-mail to GILDAS for clarification.  I've also sent
out some e-mails to the ESO maintainers to see if they have
src.rpm's available.

One other thing is that if anyone here has any ideas to make
fedora<->mageia (and opensuse) spec files interchangability
easier, let me know.
