Marek, I don't see clearly the difference between "Data processing" and "Picture processing". Furthermore, "Picture" makes me think of jpeg or gif files. Astrophysicists use almost universally (with the exception of planetary astronomers, I think) fits[1] files and rarely refer to their data as pictures. The term Image or Frame is more commonly used. Please read me well, I'm not trying to impose a given terminology, I only express my doubts of the accuracy of the words used.
