Sorry for the delay in reply, with the recent work deadlines and then
PTO I'm very far behind on Fedora mail. Details below.

I've reached out to the big users I'm aware of as well as Arm and Arm
partners on this, some when this thread emerged, and I'm compiling
some details and based on that feedback I'll come back with thoughts
and will lead what ever comes  out of it.
