Thanks, I don't see anything noticeable different in the two boot logs.

I noticed though that you are stil using fbcon=map:1 in your kernel
cmdline. Could you please try removing it ?

Because we don't need this anymore now that the rockchipdrm takes over
the framebuffer, so I think that may be the case that you are trying
to map the framebuffer console to an non-existent fb 1.
