Unfortunately if it's not to the guidance of the Raspberry Pi foundation we just don't have the resources to be able to test and verify it. The requirements of the RPi3 around power supplies and the problems it causes if you don't have the right one are well documented, it's the number one issue I see, and also for example see even the comment here [1] under the Powering the Board section of a completely different device.
